Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days.
Natural malolactic fermentation begins spontaneously, followed by blending and aging in concrete vats.
Alcohol: 14.5 % vol
Production: Limited Batch 600 L — Only 600 liters produced in 2020.
